Stability is not the absence of change. It is the management of it.

Since 2012, Holorise has operated on a single founding conviction: that the systems which govern civilization must be as sophisticated as the civilization itself. We build the infrastructure that others rely on to make decisions — quietly, precisely, at scale.

Our work spans climate modeling, behavioral systems, archival infrastructure, and predictive governance. We do not seek visibility. We seek accuracy.

"The greatest danger to civilization is not violence or scarcity. It is unpredictability. We build the systems that remove it."
Michael Hobbs — Founder & Chairman, Holorise Industries

Built to outlast the problems it was made to solve.

Holorise Industries was founded in 2012 near Seattle as a predictive analytics and systems engineering company. What began as climate modeling infrastructure has expanded into the foundational architecture of modern civilizational planning.

We do not describe ourselves as a technology company. We are a systems company. The distinction matters.

Our platforms currently inform resource allocation, behavioral logistics, infrastructure management, and long-range stabilization across 28 United Districts of Earth partner regions. We operate quietly. We operate precisely. We operate at scale.

"I did not build Holorise to make money. I built it because the alternative — a world governed by entropy — was something I was not willing to accept."
Michael Hobbs — Founder & Chairman
2012

The problems worth
solving are the ones
no one else will touch.

Holorise conducts research across four core divisions. Our work is long-horizon, systems-oriented, and largely non-public. What we publish represents a fraction of what we do.

Division 01
Climate & Infrastructure Systems

Our founding research domain. We model ecological instability, infrastructure failure cascades, migration events, and resource scarcity scenarios at 5, 20, and 100-year horizons. Our forecasts currently inform resource allocation for 28 UDE districts.

  • Long-range ecological simulation
  • Infrastructure failure prediction
  • Population displacement modeling
  • Energy grid resilience planning
  • Desalination and water systems optimization
Active
Division 02
Neural Systems & Behavioral Research

Applied machine cognition and behavioral prediction. We study how populations make decisions under resource stress, and how those decisions can be modeled, anticipated, and — where appropriate — guided toward stable outcomes.

  • Large-scale behavioral pattern indexing
  • Psychological trend forecasting
  • Decision architecture modeling
  • Cognitive systems research
Active
Division 03
Archive & Memory Infrastructure

Long-form data stewardship for governments and institutions. We build systems that preserve, index, and render accessible the historical record of civilizational activity. Our archive infrastructure currently manages longitudinal data sets spanning nine decades of continuous collection.

  • Digital heritage preservation
  • Cultural indexing and retrieval
  • Longitudinal behavioral data management
  • Institutional memory systems

Division 04 — EVE
Emulate Virtual Environments

The EVE program was Holorise's most advanced research initiative, combining simulation architecture, behavioral modeling, and real-time predictive systems into a unified planetary-scale platform.

The EVE program was formally archived in 2024 following a review by the Holorise Ethics and Governance Board. No further public information is available at this time.

  • Global simulation infrastructure
  • Real-time behavioral prediction
  • Autonomous decision architecture
  • Planetary resource optimization

Holorise is committed to carbon-neutral operations by 2036, full water cycle accountability across all facilities, and transparent environmental impact reporting to all 28 UDE district partners.

Initiative 01 On Track
Pacific Desalination Network
Holorise operates 14 coastal desalination facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Eastern Pacific districts. Combined output currently provides potable water access to an estimated 2.3 million individuals in water-stressed regions. All facilities operate using solar-thermal hybrid energy systems.

Initiative 02 Active
Carbon Accountability Framework
All Holorise compute infrastructure operates under our proprietary Carbon Accountability Framework, which calculates, offsets, and reports emissions on a per-petaflop basis. Our archive and simulation systems — by far our largest energy consumers — are transitioning to renewable-exclusive power contracts by fiscal year 2035.

Ecological Stabilization Programs
Working directly with UDE Environmental Councils, Holorise provides long-range ecosystem forecasting to support reforestation, rewilding, soil remediation, and ocean system restoration across seven partner districts. Our models have contributed to a measurable 12% improvement in targeted ecological stability indices since 2029.

Initiative 04 Pending Disclosure
Behavioral Resource Optimization
Holorise's behavioral modeling division contributes to sustainability through population-level resource optimization — identifying patterns of consumption inefficiency and generating recommendations for infrastructure and policy adjustment. Full methodology disclosure is pending UDE Ethics Council review.

Public DocumentationWithheld

Holorise does not treat sustainability as a communications function.

It is baked into the operational architecture of every system we build. Our climate modeling division exists because we take seriously what our data tells us. The planet is not stable. The infrastructure required to make it stable is not yet built. We are building it.

We acknowledge that large-scale compute infrastructure carries an environmental cost. We are transparent about this. We are working to resolve it. We ask that you hold us to that commitment — and we publish the data that allows you to do so.

Note: Sustainability disclosures for certain classified facilities are subject to UDE governance restrictions and cannot be included in public reporting. Inquiries may be directed to our Investor Relations office.

Work on problems
that are actually hard.

We hire systems thinkers, not job title collectors. If you are the kind of person who finds civilization-scale infrastructure problems interesting, we would like to talk to you. Most of what we work on is not public. That is part of what makes it significant.
